I went in for an extraction and they decided that I needed to spend thousands of dollars to save the teeth instead. If I had thousands of dollars to spend on teeth, don't you think I would already have great teeth? I needed a tooth pulled. That was it. I still have the tooth, and my mouth still hurts. The people were nice, but not understanding to what I needed.
This company el try to convince you that you need major dental work to get add much money from you add possible. Stay away
I will never be back here. They don't care about their customers ,it's all about profits with this place
Usually a great trip to see a dentist, but not this time. No one wanted to listen to me. Had to keep telling them that I had a bone coming up through my lower gum and they kept saying that it was an irritation not a bone. I told them if that was true then why am I feeling a painful and sharp edge with my tongue and finger, finally the NEW dentist came in and said that there is nothing that they did and that it was an irritation only. Good surgeon, friendly service, after a week with temp dentures, still cant eat, and teeth are like baby teeth, half of normal adult size, and molars cant come together to chew, much pain and tired of baby food and soup
Went with my husband for a free denture consult for him. Typical bait and switch scam. They advertise one price, then when you go in with their coupons you must print off and bring, they refuse to even look at them or acknowledge your presence as the financial person tallies up everything they think you should have done, and of course it all needs to be done at the same time.
