One of the worst, most expensive experiences of my life. I should have realized from the start that all they were interested in was money. I paid these people 3k for virtually one crown. The crown in the front of my mouth has been a complete disaster. The first one glued in was significantly shorter than my other teeth. I am one of the "Dentist Chickens" and when it came time to go and find out about dentures, they made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel like I was a horrible person because of my teeth. I think Aspen Dental has a lousy financial department there can't get their stuff together they write in the wrong numbers to the insurance company they don't have any idea what the hell they're doing I've been dealing with them for eight months on straightening out a bill and they still haven't got it together

I have a bridge that after 7 years broke off and I was looking for a replacement of my existing bridge.The staff was very friendly and professional, but I was told the only things I could have done was a removable bridge or implants. So when I saw the financial representative she gave me a quote of(at the least) $3900.00 and the most $20,000.
