One of the worst, most expensive experiences of my life. I should have realized from the start that all they were interested in was money. I paid these people 3k for virtually one crown. The crown in the front of my mouth has been a complete disaster. The first one glued in was significantly shorter than my other teeth. How & why a professional would have glued this in my mouth is mind boggling. The 2nd one never fit properly thus food always getting jammed. That one broke in a few months. FUSTRAITING EXPERIENCE. Make sure you only pay what you need because it will take for ever to get a refund, I have been waiting for a refund for over than a month and every time I call it is the same answer WE ARE GOING TO FOLLOW UP, THAT IS IT, I AM.PAYING INTEREST IN A TREATMENT THAT I DIDN'T GET. Don't cheat on the people .. tell them from the beginning what kind of services they will get before you steal their money & give them nothing ..I will not command Aspen Dental even to the worst of my enemies..worst Dental clinic I ever seen ..Please people don't deal with this clinic

I am one of the "Dentist Chickens" and when it came time to go and find out about dentures, they made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel like I was a horrible person because of my teeth. After being a "dental veteran" since I was little, i have always had problems with my teeth. I think Aspen Dental has a lousy financial department there can't get their stuff together they write in the wrong numbers to the insurance company they don't have any idea what the hell they're doing I've been dealing with them for eight months on straightening out a bill and they still haven't got it together

I have a bridge that after 7 years broke off and I was looking for a replacement of my existing bridge.The staff was very friendly and professional, but I was told the only things I could have done was a removable bridge or implants. So when I saw the financial representative she gave me a quote of(at the least) $3900.00 and the most $20,000.
