This is a scam. They treat you like cattle. All the dentist talked about was tray liners to straighten teeth. Went in for severe tooth pain, like I can’t even eat. Left with an appt in 10 days for fillings. The dentist looked in my mouth for 2 seconds. Assistant looked longer but only bc I asked about another spot on a tooth they didn’t mention. Do not recommend.
hire employees who actually care about the patients and who adhere to their advertising that guarantees your money back if you are not 100% satisfied. when you dare to ask for your money back or at the very least what they promised you, they dismiss you and treat you very rudely and unprofessionally. Further, they pad your bill and add exorbitant amounts of money to your bill without any explanation or notice whatsoever. Got my teeth 3 months ago and still haven’t worn them ! I make appointments to get them adjusted I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks they took my teeth today they have to remake my teeth so I can’t pick my teeth up until Thursday and see if they get it right this time I do not recommend them
1. 8am appt and not taken back until 8:45am...after i asked gow much longer. 2. Crown came in....wrong color. Wasted time off work and now another 2.5 weeks to wait. 3. My original appt was in Nov and they cancelled due to the crown not coming in. Then they sent me a letter staying that I shouldn't neglect my teeth and appointments. 4. Staff smells of smoke and is less than professional. Patients d not seem to be a priority. 5. The docs are very nice....but it doesn't conpensate for all else.
Dr. O took great care of my 5 year old. Made him very comfortable- and spoke to him at his level. Entire staff ROCKS, and Sara couldn't be more competent and gracious if she tried. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fabulous staff... Fabulous environment!
The dental service was excellent. The front desk staff however should really do something about clients who out loud use hate speech towards a minority group. For example say "That language is NOT appropriate here."
