Great people...great prices for dental services....all work suggested is explained before the service is rendered. The whole family has switched. The previous dentist would ALWAYS. send a bill for the difference between what my dental insurance covered and what she billed. I Probally spent thousands more then needed if we would have switched sooner !.

I am from Southern West Virginia, from the Beckley area to be exact. Had a tooth with big cavity in it, I went to my dentist back home was given a round of antibiotics and had an appointment scheduled for two months later, yes I said two months later. Two weeks later the tooth starts infecting again so I call the dentist and have him call in another round of antibiotics up here to Pittsburgh where I work. Service was good but my apt was over 20 minutes behind. Highly do not recommend for anyone without insurance they quoted me 1000$ and I got the work done 3 days later for 350$

Seemed like it was a high pressure sales pitch. My out of pocket expense after insurance was very high. I asked for itemized bill suggest you do the same. It appears I am paying multiple 16 dollar charges for mouth wash and many other items with no payment from insurance. Looking for a new dentist now.

wait was long even with an appt ads say dentures in days just need upper plate going to take 4 weeks should change their ads was left sitting in room waiting on dentist for half hour am not pleased with the place but paid for teeth so i am going through with it by the way this is what they do to a 88 year old woman

They are understaffed ,no good pieces of shit! False advertisement on front door! (Walk in welcome) called them on Friday ,said cant do a simple extraction till Monday. Well Monday came after being in pain all weekend and told me they can't do it till next Monday!!! JAGOFFS

My initial phone call was awesome. I really believed that they could help me out. I was promised they had people who were patient and understanding. When we arrived i knew immediately i had made the wrong choice. The receptionist was rude and impatient to other patients. The xray tech also rude. The dentist came in with an attitude, the office manager was also short tempered. I was extremely disappointed. I called Aspen Dental in Robinson today because I broke a tooth and they say they do emergency dental treatment.First they guy I talked to ask after I told him I broke a tooth and needed it filled or pulled if it was on my dentures (really!!!!) Then He said I would have to wait they couldn't do anything today and I would have to come in twice once to have the dentist look at it and see what needed done and then coming back to have it fixed.
