Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but pricing and services are high/ odd. I have been recommended to schedule 4 separate visits after a check-up that didnt even include a flouride cleaning. i scheduled my first visit knowing i had a cavity filling needing repaired but they couldn’t even do that all in one trip

I went to get a Crown the Crown did not cover my whole tooth they charged me to put a temporary feeling on the part that it did not cover now they want to charge me to get a whole new tooth and now a root canal then they had the nerve to send me a bill for $44 I called the corporate office they called the Robinson store I spoke to the assistant manager she said that she understood why I was so upset and that she would have the manager called me well almost a week later and I still haven't spoken to the manager

Ben taking my KDS here for 2 years. Last 2 were in March and September. Received a bill in November that stated past due, which is odd because we hadn’t received any bills prior. We were charged for flood treatments and radiographic images. I called them right away and was told they need to contact the insurance department. 1 month goes by and we receive a final notice. RecommendedI went to the Aspen in Steubenville, OH and was told I was there for the wrong appointment time (it wasn't) and it wasn't the first time it's happened at that location for me, or others in my family. I waited about 4 days to get that appt. Left without being seen and called Robinson office, they saw me today on short notice and my appt was at 12:15, I was out by 12:30. This is why I drive twice as far for this office
They are a rip off charged my son 1900.00 and sent him a bill for 55.00 and then said they shouldn't have charged him and said he owed 29.00. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Especially not to the one out in robinson.

Sold me an Electric Toothbrush that was suppose to be an Oral-B 9000. Turned out to be a PATIENT STARTER KIT !!!. Then refused to take it back. Charged me $135 and you can get these anywhere for $48.00. Thieves!
