Worst dental experience I’ve had and when I called to get advice for care on work I had done the dentist got me mixed up with someone else. By the time he realized his mistake he was so confused and I was in to much pain to deal with it. Don’t go here if you want quality work done. Costs a fortune too.
This place is disgusting! The dentist does NOT wear a mask and coughs in your face even without saying excuse me! They shove the xray tool in your mouth and almost make you bleed. Also they keep reusing the same piece over and over without changing it so you get cold spit in your mouth. The nurse runs around overworked and looks like a mess. They give you an appointment and keep changing it so you end up waiting an hour. Let them try to send me a bill. I ran out of there! Still shaking and upset....

$1200 teeth cleaning quote is astronimical!!! Felt like I was at a car dealership. The staff was nice, but clearly corporate is corrupt on prices!

Very professional from the time I walked through the door!!! Waited 5 minutes was waited on immediately explained everything that should be done, right down to what it would cost no hidden unexpected other charges if your LQQKing to get cheap dentures then Aspen Dental is not for you !!!!!
The jury is still out. They would not fill a tooth unless I did an exam and a cleaning first because I had not been in in a little over a year. Then they wanted payment upfront of the cleaning, when she realized that I was paying with my flex spending account, she decided to do the cleaning right then because she knew that my HSA would not pay it up Front! Terrible experience. Had a dental emergency while visiting the area. They examined me then told me they could not fix issue for 6 days. Completely useless visit and waste of $80.
i have also been ripped off by Aspen Dental, pittsfield, ma, i went there for a loose tooth in the back, they extracted the tooth with no problems, and then gave me a estimate for a new partial plate that included the lost tooth, they told me i needed6 months with a temporary plate and then i could get my permanent ones. but first I would have to get my teeth deep cleaned because i had periodontal problems and 2 cavities to be filled before they could start my permanent parti...
