I had cleaning and filling put in and then the back tooth the filling came out and now they said that I have to have that tooth pull and they wanna charge me 400 to have a pull after having a deep clean and filling why should I have to pay and they were just going to give me $27 off after all that work they did and I got a pay all that really sucks it’s not my fault I shouldn’t have to pay just to have that tooth pulled after they worked on it🤦🏽♀️

We went to the office in Plainfield Indiana and it is full of incompetent women. While I waited in the chair for an hour they all stood in the corner laughing and giggling and joking around while they alternated twits to come over and try to explain how horribly busy they were. Once they finally came over it was less than 5 minutes of checking my teeth and the rushed me off to their finance office to get a great big fat loan for $3500 to clean my teeth and pull 1 wisdom tooth. They must think people are complete morons

Billed me for a $135 tooth brush even though I stated I hate electric toothbrushes and would not use it. Billed me for RX toothpaste and dentifrices not covered by my dental insurance but did not tell me this until went back a month later for an extraction. They may have been covered for $7 copays under my major medical. Was told it was part of a package. Twice so far I’ve had Saturday appointments and have shown up with the office being closed. Right now I’m sitting in the parking lot for my 11am appointment but no one is here. I even received a text alert this morning confirming my appointment today. Twice this has happened. I don’t like to publicly complain about businesses but this is just ridiculous to knowingly schedule Saturday appointments and decide not to open the office.
I just had 6 teeth pulled and they seriously gave me 8 5mg pain meds ‘ are you serious !! I’m in so much pain! I will be contacting someone higher up!

The wait was too long and all I got was a prescription. Office manager was not there so now I have to go back to fill out paper work for a procedure. This could have all be done in my first 3 hour visit.
