The worst service ever. I have a 1:45 appointment and I am not called back until 4:15. Once I am called back I am put through a brutal X-ray process. When I asked the person doing the X-rays why they were being less then gentle they said it was obvious that I was in a hurry? I do not like going to the dentist as it is, but leave me in a 50 degree waiting room for over 2 hours then subject me to the most painful x-ray process ever of course I will upset. Thanks a lot aspen dental, I scheduled an emergency appointment to have my front tooth repaired. I arrived at my appointment and was informed that there is no lab technician available who can fix the repair. I have a conference presentation in front of over 100 people today. I guess I'm sorry will have to work for today.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS FACILITY UNLESS ISSUES ARE RESOLVED!!!! Let me start off by saying I am Not a regular patient of Aspen Dental, I was told by my insurance that this location accepted my insurance. When I called to confirm this information with Aspen Dental they also told me over the phone that they accepted my insurance. So we continued with scheduling an appointment.
