Advertising dentures starting at 399.00 however I needed one crown remade to replace one I already have and the cost was 1300.00 no root canal nothing just a replacement crown????? Plus it cost me 125.00 to have a crown put back in that they did in the first place. Very disappointed in this visit. I did get 3 front false teeth in 2016 that have been great however it was costly
My overall experience with Aspen has been very positive. The staff and dentists are very friendly, professional and experienced. The only issue I have with them are their billing practices. I have over 20 years of experience in billing in both medical and dental practices. I have a refund coming from Aspen for a substantial amount of money. I was told that their office has to contact their corporate office and report this refund which I was told was done on December 8, 2017. Very friendly staff. Waited past our appointment time about 1/2 hour.
Broke two teeth and called when they were closed. One of their dentists contacted me in about an hour and asked me to come in first thing Monday. I expected a long wait but was looked at quickly. 14 hours later they had completely fixed the situation. Dr. Bruce was excellent in every way. I wish I could remember his assistant as she was excellent as well.
Aspen Dental is very professional and has a nice staff. I've been more impressed in the past than I was this week. It seems like they are always trying to "up-sell" me something that the Ins. Co. won't pay for. I turned them down for a $17 fluoride treatment and it seemed like the hygienist "went cold" after that. A dentist didn't look in on me. No comment on how the teeth looked. No checking the pockets. No free toothbrush, dental floss, etc. Just a quick clean, polish and floss and out the door.
Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
Yes the staff are nice which is great. But the front office needs to get it together. Between my billing being incorrect the wait time and the staff rushing I didn't appreciate the service. My cap chipped which is only two months old and they were totally not helpful. Wasted my time and my money.
