Their entire staff of Aspen Dental Kenosha and doctors are very cordial, caring, and helpful. We can smile and be happy again. We enjoy our visits and thank them all. My wife and I highly recommend their excellent service to all our family and friends.
Going to Aspen Dental was a waste of 1.5 hours of my life. That's how long it took for the initial eval. I spoke with 6 different people including doctors, dental hygienist, assistants, someone that does the billing. It was ridiculous. Within that time the doctor told me I had a cavity and one of my molars were on the verge of a cavity. So I said okay and continued with the appt. Went for a basic cleaning and the hygienist said I need a deep cleaning which I agree I need, but I just can't afford do get it done at this time. So she refused to do anything for me. Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office.
Now getting billed for services that were never rendered. I have called multiple times without any responses. Save yourself the troubles and go elsewhere!
Good service. Over priced. I dont know how Paul can look you in the eye when he gives you the price. Charged more with insurance then other dentist charged without insurance...outrageous.
