I will say that the staff is generally courteous and highly knowledgeable, however, as a customer I felt pressure to pay for things I probably didn't need. I was being up-sold more than a bad mechanic. I spent a lot of time waiting in a lounge and an exorbitant amount of time in imaging (over an hour, which I can't help feeling was unnecessary and a ruse to rack up a higher bill to my insurance). Too slow. been a month since my first appointment, won't see teeth till after wax fit, weeks away

My appointment? Do each office have different procedures? My blood pressure wasn't taken at this appointment. Both times in the Pocatello office it was. I am still having issues with the tooth worked on a sensitivity to cold. Tooth is still acting alot. I do not want a root canal. I am not sure the filling has adheared properly again. This is the 2nd time for this company. I had it worked on 2 other times at a different office. I think I will just have it pulled completely.

I've gone to a number of Dentists in the Pocatello, Idaho area and of the ones I've visited, I'd have to say that Aspen Dental has been the best. No Dental outfits are cheep but at least Aspen Dental will work with you and save you money any way possible. They also have some newer equipment that I haven't seen anywhere else.

These people truly are out to help us. I walked in and within 3 days I'm getting .new false teeth!!!!!!!

I wouldn't go here if my life depended on it. For one the Dr here is a joke maybe you should figure out how many times this guy has pulled out the wrong tooth! Yeah because it has happened!!! Not only that they degrade their employees (mostly the women) I don't think ladies who look like whales themselves should be telling their employee basically that they are too fat for the clothes they are wear when there is absolutely nothing wrong with them!
