When you make a dentist apt you expect to have your teeth cleaned & that is not what happened . There system is such that they take X-rays & dentist see the overall health of your teeth & the cleaning is a whole separate apointment. This is antiquated system. They wasted my time. I would be irate if I had to get child care for this or had taken time off of work for this .

I had an abcess tooth and chose Aspen Dental to remove my tooth,They put me on antibiotics and 2 days later pulled the tooth.Fine up until here.My face is still swollen & abcess still hasn"t gone down,also can not feel right side of my face so I called to them to speak with dentist,I was told there was nothing they could do and I only had 1 day of antibiotics left.They told me to go to E.R. which I did then to Oral Surgeon.$240.00 later I was given another antibiotic and they drained it.I will be writing a letter to Manager ... read more
Extremely reputable, friendly, professional staff. Offices in Portsmouth, Rochester, and Concord. Dr. Park, owner, saved me $6500 on dentistry that had been recommended to me. After his exam he stated, if you were my sister or good friend, I would not do this work for you. When does that ever happen! Together we formed a plan for my future dental health and how to keep my teeth healthy for years to come. Thank you Dr. Park, for doing the right thing! I will tell EVERYONE how fantastic you and your staff are!

The office staff is usually friendly but the dental assistants and dentists are not. I waited for an hour after getting the numbing agent for my filing... only to have to have it redone because they waited so long. They also do not like to repair mistakes that were made even if you tell them immediately that it doesn’t feel right. Go somewhere else
Dr. Une is the worst dentist I've ever had. He didn't use enough novicane and didn't wait long enough for it to kick in. The fillings were hastily done and I had to go back for an adjustment. I'm in constant pain as a result of his shoddy work. Terrible!
