I had my six month recall hygiene appointment yesterday. I am a Board Certified Dental Assistant, retired and am always pleased with how I am treated a s a person and a patient. Very smooth office function, courteous well trained staff. Very highly recommended!!

I had a different hygienist at my visit the other day. Very nice girl by very young and inexperienced. I liked the other hygienist much better. All of my other visits I would rate a 5. The dentist,front office and the girl that has taken my X-rays in the past are wonderful.
Made an appointment for a cleaning and was advised because I had not been there in over a year that I would need an exam, no problem. But was not advised that it was only an exam and no cleaning have to make another appointment for that. I was in the office over an hour and had approximately 6 minutes of care. The young girl who took the x-rays was quick and then waited approximately 20 minutes for the dentist to come in and look in my mouth and then waited another 30 minutes for the hygienist to come in and measure the g... read more
I had an abcess tooth and chose Aspen Dental to remove my tooth,They put me on antibiotics and 2 days later pulled the tooth.Fine up until here.My face is still swollen & abcess still hasn"t gone down,also can not feel right side of my face so I called to them to speak with dentist,I was told there was nothing they could do and I only had 1 day of antibiotics left.They told me to go to E.R. which I did then to Oral Surgeon.$240.00 later I was given another antibiotic and they drained it.I will be writing a letter to Manager ... read more
horrible the doctor knocked out my tooth and said he could not fix read below
Staff was great, prices are way too high!!! And I've never heard of anyone asking for a 50% down payment just to schedule an appointment for extraction...
