Nothing but issues with this dental office since the start. Get told one thing, than don't hear back for weeks. Tried to get ahold of a manager for months getting told wed get a phone call back. NOTHING. Finally after 6 months get ahold of the manager and the things she said blew my mind. And still NOTHING is fixed. Will NEVER use this office again!!!
I have been complaining about my Partial denture's since December 2016 when I received them for the first time. It suppose to be satisfied guaranteed but they aren't backing up their guarantee. So to make a long story short, I now have denture's that do not fit that I paid about half for and my insurance which paid the other half, covers new denture's every five years. This place is absolutely AWFUL - rude, unprofessional and the dentist completely misdiagnosed issue. Wanted to extract 2 healthy teeth. Idiots and the woman with black hair - LOUD, RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS!

Not having any dental insur was costly for this 1 visit,I need to have 2 teeth extracted,so they had to do a panaramonic x-rays done. Well $205.00 later,and that was just for the X-ray and a brief consult with the Dentist.. Then they want to charge $275.00 per tooth!! It sucks when a person is on a Fixed income😣 but in general everyone was polite..
Awful women in office, rude & unprofessional don't go
Today we went to aspen they saying we don’t take your military insurance while my damn teeth is hurting me past days and my mom told them last time we had it in the system and now we left my mom was so angry. These girls been lying out their mouths. While I’ve been their since I first went their. So get it through your damn heads wasting our time in the Poughkeepsie aspen. I’m so mad at them for not doing their jobs. Staff is a rude people that rips people off
The staff in Poughkeepsie were rude on my first visit. I got 2 emails to fill in my patient information online and filled the necessary information as required. When I got to their offices, the front desk attendant couldn't offer any explanation as to why I had to provide the same information on a piece of paper. She was rude. When I got to see the oral surgeon, he was a bit rude. He rushed through my x-rays before hurriedly explaining that he had to put me to sleep for my surgery.
