I went to Aspen Dental for the first time yesterday staff dentist wasn’t bad but unfortunately I called today and spoke to a rude person name Jenna and told her my pain and she gave me a number for another sight instead of telling me to come in to see a dentist had no choice but to find a dentist asap so for this I’m giving a thumbs down👎it’s to bad

Paid almost 10,000$ for a bridge 6 months later it cracked. They will not replace it due to the “cost” I was told. but want me to pay 8200 $. For 2 implants and take out the broken part of the bridge . Good job to stand behind your work and do the right thing for this veteran .....

Went in on Friday for a broken tooth, told that X-ray machine was down and to come back Saturday. Came back and had X-rays and dentist told me that tooth could be capped, but that I would have to have a cleaning first. Then a root canal. When I asked why I needed a cleaning before they would do any work on my teeth, they said that’s the procedure. Charge too much even when you have insurance they look for a way to get extra money I was charged for a regular tooth cleaning which is part of my insurance and then I was told that it was some type of irrigation but it was a regular tooth cleaning I paid the money needed to say I will not be returning I will take my business elsewhere along with my recommendation to people

Do not go to Aspen Dental!! I got an appointment for a broken tooth. Arrived at 12:00 sat there waiting in pain needless to say 3 hours later left after having $200.00 in x-rays and still had the broken tooth.That was the worse service I have ever received. Also, a copy of the procedures and teeth I needed work on to the tune of $7454.36. What person in their right mind would agree to this without thinking it over. I just went there had a 245 and was sitting in the chair for 25 min they only have one dentist on and not one person came to say anything . the worst service I ever had
I've been a patient at my local Aspen Dental for over 4 years, returning every 6 months for a cleaning and X-Rays like clockwork. I've continued to be a patron because I always felt like even though there was a large client base, that I wasn't being milked dry for money. I liked my hygienist and the folks at the front desk. Recently, however, there has been a huge push for cross-selling from the dentists and hygienists. Let me be clear about this... They are NOT trained to sell. The Poughkeepsie office is terrible. My wife spent 2 hours with them to make sure that my sons wisdom teeth would be cover under insurance and they told us yes. Everything is covered under your plan . So we paid the deductible. And now they sent me a bill for 1500.00 dollars. Been trying to call them to get regional manager never calls back. They are rude horrible and I would not send anyone one there. I am not going to stop posting bad thing till they fix the bill.
