they ate a complete rip-off. My son in law was charged for services not received. $600 for a mouth guard he said no to. and they bill you ahead of services. he was billed the day he went for consulting which was 4 days before any work was done! he also asked for an updated invoice 4 times which they refused to giveÂ

I do not recommend aspen dental, I went in for an exam because I had broke a tooth. they had told me i needed a root canal, crown and treatment for other issues costing almpst 2,000 dollars. opened a line of credit. charged it before the procedure was even done could not get me in for a true emergancy visit. I set up a same day emergancy visit with another clinic, turns out i only needed 1 filling for the broken tooth that costed me a whole $80. called to cancel everything and the receptionist asked why, I explained everyth... read more
The office manager and appointment person ! Canceled my appointment after waiting for months, then when I objected told me I was rude . Told me I was not going to be a patient. As if I wanted to after that treatment, then called corporate with my dissatisfaction. Sincere apologies from answering person with promised call back .... still waiting!
