Per my mother..Just had the worst treatment of my life at aspen dental in rapid city office ! Charlene the appointment person can redo your appointment and be rude with help from the office management with immunity! Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them! Customer service goes along way! As does word of mouth!

Due to insurance coverage change aspen was only choice. First visit was told needed procedure which would not be covered. They pushed financing and payments. During procedure hygienist ended up cracking my filling, which I couldn’t feel until numbing went down. Could not get them to make another appointment until a month later where dentist denied that they could have ever damaged filling and wanted to extract tooth. The only reason I give this 2 stars is because the treatment was not bad. They were friendly when I was spending money with them, but after an issue that they were obligated to fix (warranty) all the sudden they couldn't get me in for 2 months. They also informed me that if I went anywhere else, it would void my warranty. So I either had to be in pain for 2 months or find a new practice. I found a new practice, and thankfully, Dr. Cooley was able to fit me in that same day. I'll never go back to Aspen.

A filling broke out of a tooth. I got in right away the doc was nice enough, but then before I knew it we were doing a complete xray and exam. Keep in mind I'm getting married Saturday. I also know I have quite a lot of dental work to be done. Next thing I know they are telling me that I'll for sure need a root canal and crown for the tooth I came in for, but suddenly the focus is changed to my upper teeth are loosening - again not a complete surprise. Terrible!! Each time I made an appt I would get a call back almost immediately canceling it. The 3rd appt was not canceled, at least I was not notified that it was, showed up and had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting area because the receptionist was making a hair appt at Perfect 10. Then proceeded to tell her co workers about it. At that time I was called to the front desk just to find out they had no history of an appt being made. Needless to say I immediately found a new family dentist.

Everyone but the Dr was nice, nothing like spending $2500 and not getting what you paid for, my poor husband endured pain and bad fitting dentures just tohave to give them back and go back to the drawing board

Dentist nice and x-ray tech nice. Sat for 30 mins for return appointment (less than an hour after my initial consultation) with no acknowledgement of them running behind. Ended up walking out and canceling all further appointments. Wasted trip through insurance company and got nothing done. Would not recommend.
