Had an appointment today at 1. Email confirmation. Show up and it shows cancelled in their system. "oh we have no idea what happened" "we have this new system and you aren't the first person this has happened to" Took a day off work. Lost $200 in income. If it has happened before why wouldn't you CALL THE PEOPLE TO TELL THEM IT IS CANCELLED SO THEY DONT WASTE AN ENTIRE DAY. They clearly don't care. Money doesn't grow on trees. I have been going to Aspen Dental in Rincon, Georgia for some time and my experience was great. Everything changed when 4 other of my family members started going here. I was in the office today June 1, 2022 with my two youngest daughters today for a confirmed appointment and was told I had to reschedule because my appointment was at 1 p.m. It was 1:40 p.m. I showed the personal at the front desk a confirmed appointment email for 2p.m. and he said they sent me a text canceling the appointment. Rude staff. HIPPA did not exist. Will cancel your appt and attempt to place the blame on you. Was told there was no way I could be seen until I demanded my money back. They may want to provide education to the staff about HIPPA and one call will get them the attention they are seeking. Hope they enjoy the visit.

I went in for a gum infection and at the end of my visit hears one of the staff members coughing like she had bronchitis. that same staff member came in to talk with me and I could hear she was incredibly short of breath and sucking on a cough drop. Going to Aspen Dental was a great experience. The staff was so welcoming and professional and Dr. Creech was so confident and made me feel so comfortable. I am so thankful that I found this office and will be going back again and again.
