Aspen Dental states they work with ALL insurance programs , this is FALSE !!!! They will not accept state or federal funded insurance such as Medicaid or Medicare , which in my opinion sucks as lower income bracket people only have these type insurance coverage ....

They didn't listen at all to my specifics of what I was needing...I have a regular dentist who was out of the office for 2 days so I came to them with a chipped front tooth. Instead of focusing on that, they wanted to x-Ray every tooth, bring the dental hygienist in, and give me a list of everything I needed done with a price breakdown. After an hour and a half I left with my front tooth exactly the same and decided to wait on my regular dentist. Honestly, I walked out crying!

It advertises that the first visit is free, however we had to pay nearly $100 after our first visit. What a scam!

Called to ask about setting appointment, was told to come right in, got there in 7 minutes from placing the call and sat there for 20 minutes before anyone even came to the front. Was told we would of had to have been there 15 minutes before even placing the call in order to be seen even though I was told to be there at 10:45 and was there on time. Lady was extremely rude, tried to explain that we had just got off the phone and was told to be there. The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered.

False advertising,such liars and so very rude,I will never go back to them ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone,infact I would advise people not to go to them

The Dental Hygienist was amazing, as was Dr. Lloyd. The only thing that bothered me was my first visit, I felt pressured into getting dental work that I couldn't afford, since I do not have dental insurance. I made my appt for the next day for a cleaning and an extraction (both of which was why I went to begin with). I was given a price the day before for a partial immediately after the extraction. My first visit was on a Monday. After three more visits I go back for my new dentures and extractions on the bottom. Two weeks total! Mr. Loyd is a very good dentist. Very polite and professional. The office workers are super nice also. After a night mare at Family Dentistry, I have a new dentist at Aspen!
