If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an emergency appointment for this week which was scheduled for Wednesday 1228 at 3:30. I'm sitting out here in front of Aspen Dental way out in Natomas and no one is here. There's a sign on the door saying they're closed but yet no one called me to reschedule my appointment and my mouth is in pain. When I called They Said They Accept Delta Dental Kaiser Plan, Made Appt Went all the way over Just to Be Told They Don't Accept My Plan, Hmmm? But Told Me I still Could Have a X-Ray and Consultation! Why??? Called Delta They didn't Understand Either? Again Hmmm? No Problem! Many other PROFESSIONAL Dental Places Out There That have Their Act Together!

I am a 62 yr old women. I wanted a dentist in my area. I went to Aspen Dental. I was aware I needed dentures. After my consultation I was informed about getting 2 implements on bottom to help with holding them in. My cost would be 14,000.00, I said I wouldn't be approved for any credit at this time for such a large amount. This place got two stars for cleanliness and overall good customer service by the staff, but the only dental hygienist needs to learn basic bedside manners and basic customer service. She comes off snobbish to say the least, gives a quick run down, determines you have periodontal disease, and leaving one feeling really awful and wondering what just happened. Very unprofessional and dishonest people!!!Don't come here!!! I called them to see if they work with my coverage and they said YES. I asked them same question 3 times if they work with DeltaCare, because I have to find a babysitter and they said yes!!! They scheduled an appointment for my 7 years old daughter and for myself. The day of my daughter's appointment, I got a call from them saying that they don't take kids under 16 years old. If you are considering going here, please beware. This dentist will scam you out of your money. I went in and was given a treatment plan which included a deep cleaning and some fillings. They recommended Arestin and Laser treatment for my gums. I told everyone at the dentist that I was not really sure how everything worked, and they cornered me in a room after my appointment and had me pre-pay $2,000 for the work they planned on doing.
