I miss my dental office in Vallejo they were excellent service I moved to SAC and I went to this dentist I'm looking for another dental office where I feel real comfortable with some of the staff was not very friendly I pray for them and hopefully I can move on and find me a dental office that I feel comfortable with

Be really careful with the treatment plan quote, there are hidden charges that you don't really need. I went in for a scaling and root planning. They gave me a piece of paper with prices on it without explaining what are the charges for. They hide an oral B toothbrush in there and I had to ask them to remove. Why do I want to buy a toothbrush from a dental office? This place embodies all the reasons people don't go to the dentist. They made what could have been a simple tooth extraction and a 4 day process of pure aggravation. Would be waiting for an hour when I had scheduled appointment. I went in for pulling an infected tooth, at first they said they couldn't do it the same day but then they ended up scheduling me later that day and had me pay advance. Paid 1800+ for top dentures, then 6 months later my grandfather goes in by himself and they swindle him for over $5,000 for top and bottom dentures after the top pair is only 6 months old. Terrible money hungry company I would sue if I didn't lose more than I would gain. Buyer beware.

Please save yourself the time. There is a reason there are over a dozen social media pages about how truly awful this entire company is. I was treated horribly and wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. They prey on desperate people that are low income. They don't care about their patients AT ALL.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an emergency appointment for this week which was scheduled for Wednesday 1228 at 3:30. I'm sitting out here in front of Aspen Dental way out in Natomas and no one is here. There's a sign on the door saying they're closed but yet no one called me to reschedule my appointment and my mouth is in pain. When I called They Said They Accept Delta Dental Kaiser Plan, Made Appt Went all the way over Just to Be Told They Don't Accept My Plan, Hmmm? But Told Me I still Could Have a X-Ray and Consultation! I am a 62 yr old women. I wanted a dentist in my area. I went to Aspen Dental. I was aware I needed dentures. After my consultation I was informed about getting 2 implements on bottom to help with holding them in. My cost would be 14,000.00, I said I wouldn't be approved for any credit at this time for such a large amount.
