Excellent service, friendly staff, and efficient timing. I've had multiple cleanings and wisdom teeth removed at this location, and it's been great every time.

I had two partials and they did such a great job . I needed two teeth filled and they look fantastic and without any pain .i had two really awful dentist and I was very happy to go to someone that did such a great job. Thanks for changing my mind on how a dentist is supposed to do work without being in pain.

Went to get 9 teeth pulled and temporary dentures. I was very nervous about doing this. Dental Asst. Deon Neal & Dr. Kroni made me feel very comfortable. I got anxiety in the middle of session, they stopped and made me feel very comfortable. Next day no pain at all. Great job and great staff!!!!

Went in two weeks ago to get checked out. Had a broken tooth on my upper flipper. I fixed it myself. But got the exam, cleaning, x-rays etc. Had some tool draw out a new upper partial so I could get a new and stronger one. My problem is with the one guy, that did the x-ray. Very rude and a complete smartass. I kept my mouth shut. I never let anyone talk to me the way he did. But I stayed silent. Boy friend went to get cracked tooth fixed..it had infection..the did a deep cleaning caused a bad infection and got antibiotics..was so bad his mouth was so swollen. After taking all meds. Dr good at extraction. The desk reception was nice but did not know what she was doing charging him two separate times on debit card. Then after deep cleaning take you give you dental schedule of what needs to be done. 9,000 worth..no way go somewhere else. They see how much insurance covers and try to get more money. Called and made an appointment but you don't get the office you call it goes to their call center. I was told they took my insurance and was given an appointment in a week. Being on SSI with a better dental plan I needed my upper dentures re aligned which is a simple dental procedure. Also wanted an assessment of my lower teeth. Arrived at appointment (you have to double check) told her I had a 11am appointment gave her my name and made sure they accepted my insurance. Once again I was lied to by the call center. They lie about pricing. They have charged me for a tooth # that had been pulled over a year before they pulled it so my insurance refused to pay. Another visit they refused to bill my insurance. I paid for the first visit from August 2023 and they continue to bill me for it. I have had no bottom teeth since January 2024 because they refuse to do the basic denture on the Aspen website. I have bone protruding in my gum from the removed teeth that is very painful. I can't believe what they have done to me.

the aspen dental location in st charles has horrible customer service . the wait time is unbearable . they have no sense of order when is come to who came into the office first. they leave your personal information in the open at the front desk. overall horrible experience and this was not even all of the things that happened at this location.
