Total scam. Made an appt to have 2 broken teeth pulled, was told it would be 130 per tooth. Went in, they took the liberty of putting me down for a bunch of extra stuff I didn't ask for. I told them no, again I just want the 2 broken teeth pulled. She went and whispered to someone, came back and said it would be $980...for THREE teeth pulled. What a joke. My daughter had an appointment to get her wisdom teeth extracted, plus another tooth pulled. When she got there she gave them a check I wrote and then the dr that was there told her he didn't feel comfortable doing the procedure and the other dentist that was suppose to be there was not there. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Their staff is severely incompetent and messed up my billing. They need to educate their staff. I would never recommend them to anyone, even if they were the last dental office on this planet! And whoever Aubrey is, she is super ignorant and rude. I will be going forward with legal action.
Wasted an hour and a half of my time I had an appointment scheduled for an extraction to get there they try to upsell me and then tell me they can’t do the extraction today I have to wait a week
Nothing but problems with this place. Dentists are hit or miss. Walk-ins appear to have priority over clients who scheduled appointments, even if it involves simple cleaning. Each visit is an exercise in waiting. I had a cleaning appointment scheduled today (06/19/19) at 10 am. I confirmed the appointment two days prior. I live 5 minutes away and got there at 9:55 am. had my appointment scheduled for over a month and arrived to find no one working I called the number on the door and was informed no one would be in today even though I had got a text that morning confirming my appointment. Don't waste your time on this place!
Their billing department is the worst! If it wasn’t for the awful experience with their billing department in the aftermath of the dental work, I would have recommended it. Truly unfortunate way to run a business. Will be filing fraudulent business practice claim in the upcoming week.
