This was the worst experience I ever had with a dentist. Horrible customer service and billing. I am in the process of putting in a claim for fraud against this office.
Put on temporary crown and told me if popped off to just come in and would re-place it. As in front, very hard to eat without it. 1st day, the recep6kept me on hold 20 minutes them se d me to several blank lines. Called secomd time, pla ed on hold thdn phone was hung up. The 2nd day same receptionist, Paige, put me on hold and basically did same as before on 1st day. So drove up, was told couldn't do it that day, come back next day and maybe could fit me in, after waiting nearly 10 minutes for Paige to come back to her desk.... read more
HORRIBLE!! Went in after calling and informing the person I spoke to that I had a loose tooth, was in a lot of pain and mouth was swollen . After two hours of paperwork, x-rays, poking and prodding in my mouth I was informed they had no availability today to remove my obviously infected tooth and the first available appointment was on Saturday. HORRIBLE! I literally waited for 2 hours only to have them offer to get me a plan for 6,000 dollars worth of service. This visit was didn't make me want further service with them. And everyone including some that came after me were gone. I will not refer anyone!
Horrible experience, waited to see the dentist just for him to tell me my toothache was caused from the pressure of eating instead of the huge cavity on the side. He referred me to another dental company. Left waiting for a treatment plan and cost for over 30 mins after being seen. The doctors notes on my chart were incorrect. The lady that handles insurance and cost kept talking about procedures i didn't need because of it.
