Do not use the Selma branch of Aspen Dental. The are constantly late to appointments and their billing practices are unacceptable. I have insurance, which they billed incorrectly generating a bill for me, however when I would go into the office for cleaning they said I had no bill. Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from a debt collector saying that I owed Aspen Dental over $1000 dollars. I did not receive any phone calls or bills in the mail from Aspen, they just sent the bill straight to a debt collection agency... read more

If you are in pain, RUN! They will give you the medical equivalent of a Timeshare presentation! They don't care about your pain, although they do offer you an Ibuprofen or numbing agent while you sit through their sales pitch! FML! The dentist didn't even ask me about the tooth in question! He wanted to talk about an implant for a molar I had pulled six years ago! Before that some chick wanted to sell me a new toothbrush! Went to a dental appointment today for a routine checkup. The hygienist insisted on upselling a $800 cleaning package, and refused to do a standard preventative care cleaning covered by my insurance. Huge waste of time, and now I have to wait six months to get a proper checkup and cleaning from a different dentist. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been an Aspen Dental client for YEARS. I moved from South Carolina to Texas and made an appointment at the Austin Highway location to get my teeth cleaned. I had an appointment for 3:30 and waited 45 minutes for my appointment to begin. Just as I was getting up to leave I was called back. The amount of x-rays that were taken were excessive.
