I went to Ideal Dental and they wanted $3000 to fix one tooth so I tried this place out and it was a whole different experience. The girl up front was very nice and helpful. I got FULL X-rays done (ideal just did the tooth that was bothering me). I also got seen by the hygienist which was nice. They quoted me $2000 to fix the tooth bothering me and offered several options to pay it in payments but unfortunately that's out of my budget so I didn't get anything done with them. Amazing Amazing Amazing staff, Dentist and hygienist ! They evaluated me throughly!!! Me. Mindy and Ms. Ashley dental assistant was very through when asking for my medical history. The hygienist De-nice looked at my gum and bone health which she mention was the "foundation" of my teeth, and educated me on many things (health, food, type of tooth brush, bacteria and flossing) most of this things I HAD NO CLUE existed or mattered. Dr. Alexander Shafiey and his team were absolutely wonderful. The staff members were nice and friendly. I had my teeth cleaned with a lot of attention to detail. I had not been to the dentist office in over 1 year and I have been meaning to get dental work done that was very much needed. I could honestly say just like any other patient that I was pretty nervous and had some anxiety as to what was going to be the outcome of my visit. I went to this clinic a while back for a teeth cleaning and I learned that what they do is engage in scare tactics. Let me explain. They dutifully take a lot of x rays of your teeth, the full mouth scan and then they place you in a room, alone with images of what they have scanned. It took me a while to realize that what I was looking at was my mouth because my teeth looked absolutely terrible. They use some kind of weird lighting trick to make your teeth look very yellowed. Stay away from this corporate (prefix corps or dead) company. The doctors and hygienists are great at these type of Cracker Jack box medical offices but the corporate company is absolutely terrible. They sent 70 dollars to collections and never notified me and when I called to confront and resolve my bill Ms Sabrina said "ohh that was when our system went down so.." I just called, and the front desk lady who answered the phone was so rude!!!!!, that I don't understand why people go there. And the doctors don't do or say anything about it. It will be my first appointment and I'm super glad I cancelled it. UGLY CUsTOMER SERVICE I have to mention this ugly ASPEN Representative GISELLE, WHAT UGLY WAY TO ANSWER TO POSSIBLE NEW PATIENTS.
