I had an incredible experience here! The staff was very patient, kind and informative. Dr. Christy was fabulous! You can see and hear the passion for her patients in the way she handles her patients and staff. I went in as a new patient with an abcessed tooth on one side and a broken temporary cap in the other. They were fast in removing one and setting up a treatment plan for the rest. I'm terrified of the dentist and I can tell you that this one appointment definitely has changed my fear for the better! The staff is very friendly and efficient. My experience was very enjoyable. I would recommend this Aspen Dental office to everyone.
The were always smiling and very pleasant. The day I went in, they were pretty busy though and it felt like I definitely was not a priority. Every staff member was calm when they passed by, but, at the same time, they were so caught up in being behind for the day that they clearly were just checking boxes (effectively). It's completely understandable, but I also wanted to point it out because it matters to the business.
