Staff is very friendly however the treatment plan they recommend was a bit much. I really just wanted a cleaning and left with a plan that would cost almost $2000.

When making the appointment they were asked if they took my insurance and we were told yes. Apparently all my insurance covered was the x-rays. They wanted almost five grand up front before they would do any work and I was told then that my insurance would not cover any of it. Come on, why would you waste my time and yours. I will say that the staff was very friendly.

Their website clearly states $126 per tooth for a front mouth white composite filling. I really only have a chip in the back of one front bottom tooth which was previously filled (not hurting and no novocaine would be required to fill). I have my teeth cleaned every 3-6 months (last time was Oct 19). Anyway, they insisted I had to have a cleaning before they would fill the one tooth and because there was small divot in the front bottom neighboring tooth, they insisted I have it filled too. I go in expecting no more than $20... read more

First I want to say that the young lady at the desk greeted me warmly and the young lady doing my x-rays was very sensitive to my pain and nervousness. But my issue is with the dentist (female) came across as a sales person driving up repairs and costs. I came to her because I was in pain and needed help. There was no compassion period. When I said I couldn’t afford all she was suggesting, I was a widow and just wanted my tooth fixed. She told me I was the one that didn’t take care of my teeth and I wasn’t marching in there ... read more

My daughter is a college student in Savannah. She went to your location to have some work done. We have dental insurance. They ran the insurance and told what the difference would be. She paid up front and had the work done. Months later she gets a letter saying she owes more money. I called the office and was told for some reason the insurance co did pay what they said they would cover. The office said they would resubmit to the insurance co and they would contact me. Well, 3 days ago my daughter got a letter that they are ... read more

Absolutely not! DO NOT waste your time! The healthcare team is very thorough. However, the office staff either needs training or simply does not care! I continually had to initiate follow-up calls to facilitate the process for services. Finally get in for what was scheduled a month ago to be told that I have a out of pocket expense the day of the appointment. I will be contacting corporate regarding such a negative experience.
