The very worst experience I've ever had in my entire life dealing with any company. Paid thousands in cash and they will not fix what they did. It was not right from day 1. They said mouth has to get used to it. Never asked for anything free ever I was even willing to pay to fix what they did wrong. DO NOT GO THERE
A billing nightmare!!! Don’t use this company. Local office tells you they don’t have a number for Corporate. Eventually I was given a number for Corporate which tells you to call the local office. I need this billing issue resolved and I won’t use this place again.
The staff is very friendly. They get 5 stars. I had to get an upper denture. I keep telling them it does not fit right. They like you to use fixodent ro hold them in. You should never need that when you paid for them and they're brand new. I'm very frustrated now. Not sure how to handle this now. I do not and will not use fixodent.
The care was actually very good. I don't like that they have you sign one piece of paper, then give you the additional sheets after you sign agreeing to them. The product pushing is annoying as is the sneaky way they do it. I managed to avoid being charged $30 for a test and $135 for an electric toothbrush by asking if I had to sign where the checkmark were (by the AGREE signature area). All this being done when you're in the exam chair.
Yesterday I made an appointment when I went in today before 11am they claim they don’t accept my insurance when a woman over phone told me different and it wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t have my insurance card She told me to bring my ID.i will not refer my fiends or family here they just like to waste people’s time and gas!
I made a appointment in the Dickson city office. It was for a checkup. When making the appt the office girl asked the expected questions as I was a returning patient. So we made the appt and I waited for the day. Upon entering the waiting room I noticed a full waiting room and no seats. That's ok....I waited. When my name was called the receptionist had me fill out papers because it was two years since my last visit. This place is a joke. I was quoted a price for an extraction and was told "oh that's not right, we don't know why they told you that" payed double and left with no antibiotics. They just want your money. Appointment was for 10am left there around 1:30
What a bunch of ignorant rude bitches especially Ciarra. She has no class. She neds to learn how to be a manager And the staff is just as ignorant. If u are smart u will avoid this place
I use them for basic cleaning and they are fine. Gotta watch for add-on's they don't tell you about.... things they do that end up costing you. But they have been better about disclosing that.
