Worst experience I have ever had. Waited one and a half hour for them to take grainy X-rays and tell me they can’t fill cavity today. Stay away from this place! Terrible.

I called their office in Scranton today, 5/9/23 because I did not receive a call back as promised. I was told on 4/24 that someone would call me to set up an appointment for extractions. I was told today that their "system was down" and had been for the past 2 weeks. I was told to call back in a week. This is unacceptable and now I am paying for dental work that I have not received.
I made an appointment for my son for a dental cleaning. He drove 45 minutes to get there. They completed X-ray only to make him wait half an hour and tell him he would need to return the next day for the cleaning. My son was unable to return for the cleaning and now will be leaving for school without his cleaning 😡

extracted but didn't stitch me. still losing blood hours later. talked to me like I was junkie because I said ibuprofen wasn't helping. don't know what to do Bout all this blood. stitches would have stopped the bleeding by now.
I was in and out quickly.... very friendly staff

I 100% do NOT recommend this awful place. They totally screwed my teeth up. According to my new and compitent dentist, they did a cleaning and put two fillings in my teeth, costing close to $650 (between my own pocket and my insurance). The xrays clearly showed I needed root canals, not fillings. Putting fillings in is just a way to ensure return visits because they fall out and the pain continues. I am in more pain then when I initially went. Do NOT in trust these fools with your teeth

I saw the tv commercials for Aspen, and thought they would be perfect for my mom, age 89, who has not had frequent contact with a dentist in her life. Well, she was warmly received - but otherwise, was a fish out of water. Aspen does not address the needs of elderly patients, and is generally not equipped to handle them. Sad, they seem to be a very professional and otherwise responsive organization.
I spent quite a while on the phone with their pre qualifying nonsense, so they could make sure I had insurance! They took all my info and finally made an appointment after they kept me on the phone for nearly 25 minutes. They told me my insurance was acceptable, and would see me on December 3rd. So, I had to ask a couple questions, and got nothing but vague answers and generalities.
