Super nice staff and Dr. Kahn is the best dentist I have ever been to.
This place does not have it together at all. I scheduled an appointment for an exam and cleaning. They didn’t do a cleaning and they didn’t even look in my mouth for the exam. The “dentist” looked at the X-rays. My husband had an appointment for a cleaning and now they’re saying it’s for an exam. The lady at the desk was high as a kite when I was on the phone with her. You’re not going to get quality care here.

This place is completely unprofessional. My friend had her wisdom teeth removed. She had to get stitches. She was suppose to have them taken out a week after. Well they called her trying to reschedule her out until the end of the month TWICE. Keep in mind her stitches were very tight and ready to be taken out. So she couldn’t just wait another 3 weeks. Customer service was horrible and your appointment is just number my mom had an appointment @ 12pm and got there at 11:50 didn’t get seen till 12:45pm

Went there for an appointment at 8:30 and 930 I was told they were really running a little late never said hi to me shoved paperwork in my face said fill out customer service is very poor now that I’ve read a few of the reviews I regret ever going there I will never be back
poor service went in for a denture only replacement and was refused service.
The dentist made multiple errors and did not seem to take responsibility for anything he done wrong. Would not recommend him. Went in for fillings and the situation is worse than before. Now I need to find a dentist to fix his errors. On the other hand Cindy was absolutely amazing when it came to a deep cleaning. I will never go back to see the dentist but I will be back to see her.
RecommendedI am getting quite discouraged with this office. While the staff and doctors are very pleasant I am having problems with their scheduling or lack of. I am attempting to have a new upper plate made to replace my recently damaged plate. I chose Aspen in hopes of getting dentures in a timely manner. When I go back for my next visit it will have been 6 weeks since this started and we aren't past the fitting stage yet. My appointments have been canceled or deferred to other dates every other week.
