absolutely not. they have no clue what they're doing when it comes to submitting insurance. weve been dealing with them for 2 years now almost over the same bills that SHOULD BE FREE. Totally ridiculous, they need to go back to school and learn how to do their jobs.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! A few hours after my husband had 2 teeth extracted (because they couldn’t figure out which one was hurting him), he spiked a fever of 102.4. I have been calling the emergency line for 2 hours and the “on call Dr.” has been paged no less than 4 times. The case has been escalated to a supervisor twice. I still haven’t gotten a call back. Thankfully I got his fever broke on my own. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

DO NOT GO HERE. Please - I know they are cheap but this will cost you more in the long run. I went to Aspen Dental and they did a test to see if I had gum disease. They said most of my teeth were "4s" and a several "5s" they told me that I had periodontal disease and I needed to have scaling and root planing done and I needed antibiotics, mouth wash and special toothbrush. Okay so my fiancé made an appointment for 4/26 to get fillings and after waiting for a fucking hour and 20 minutes the manager pulls her back and said that they are not doing your fillings and she just asked if she was in any pain and she said no so evidently even though she made the appointment the manager turned her away from her scheduled appointment to get her filling done supper pissed will not be using them again because even if you make an appointment it is not guaranteed that you will get the work done that you need ... read more

From the moment I made an appointment everything went wrong. I told them upfront I didn’t have insurance and would be paying cash. They made a treatment plan that was well over a thousand dollars and tried to charge my old insurance. My second appointment they told me I had no insurance and owed a balance. They NEVER communicated with me, just rushed through each appointment. My last fitting for a top denture I expressed my concerns and they assured me they would look better in the final stage. The dentist made up treatment plan with the finance girl and my trays without looking in my mouth. They charged for the most expensive procedure codes without discussing any of the treatment decision plan with me. I had to ask a question about a specific tooth before the dentist even picked up an instrument & looked in my mouth. The xray girl was nice & the front desk lady was nice but the rest of the office was a joke.

I recently took my 91 year old mother to Aspen Dental in Shawnee, Ok. to have her teeth cleaned. Upon my . arrival, the office staff told me that my mother did not have dental insurance. I told them that she did have insurance, and was told that they had called company and that the insurance had terminated in Feb of 2017. I argued that we had paid the premiums and they suggested that I call the company.
