The whole staff at the Sioux City Aspen Dental is A+, especially the girl working the front desk Stacy. She always is so helpful and nice every time i come in. 5 stars id give this place more if i could.
I recently went to Aspen Dental for a cleaning. The Hygienist Angela was very thorough and pleasant.. The other girls in the office are a joy.

Absolutely terrible follow up care / customer service. Dr. Becker was great and a couple of the assistants, but the general attitude towards after-care was snotty and uncaring.

I went to them with an upper denture already incorrect and went to them to have it fixed. They assured me over and over that “we will do it until we get it right”, because I told them on every visit that it was not right!! They attempted to do none of it. They wouldn’t even attempt to make a second denture to correct it. I tried to get a response to what the difference was between their “ cheaper denture“and A very expensive one that was supposed to use “heat technology for a perfect fit” that question cannot be answered, ... read more

I went in February of 2019 and the on call dentist was prepping me for a crown. He used his arm to push my jaw open farther than it would normally go despite knowing that I have tmj. The block in my mouth was not even touching my teeth anymore. Since then I have had very severe jaw pain that went from every now and then to constant where i have to take 600-800 mg of Tylenol every 6 hours, use a facial roller to massage my jaw 3 times a day, and get my jaw adjusted by a chiropractor when it’s really bad. Not a good experience, I would not recommend. Wouldn't fix my broken tooth till I came in for 1st of 3 month treatments? Also.. talked about selling me a toothbrush and toothpaste? I asked what they would do that day for my tooth? I was told "nothing today" then asked When could they? I was told I will need to discuss that with finance?! Because they wanted me to set something up for every 3 month cleaning/treatments for a year. I left went to different Dentist... and everything is fixed!

WORSE dental experience of my life. Went in to have a cracked tooth looked at, was aware it was somewhat severe. The dentist that was there was a JERK. Made me feel absolutely horrible about myself and my teeth. Told me my bite was basically ridiculous and my mouth was a serious job. Literally ran out of the office before they could even dicuss my ‘treatment plan’ had no desire to work with that dentist what so ever. Terrible. Left crying. Never will return.
