If I could give them no stars I would. I was a new patient who had a crown fall out. I had the crown. Yesterday it fit perfectly. Had an exam done and the gal dentist tried to fit my crown in and it didnt fit. I told her it fit yesterday. She said well it doesn't today. She proceeded to tell me I needed to have my tooth surgically removed and get an implant. I said no. I have a perfectly good tooth. I'm not getting a new crown, no need to have the tooth surgically extracted and get an implant, and I dont need to pay for a fl... read more

I went with horrible tooth pain. They wanted to do a root canal, That they don’t even do there so it would’ve been more days of pain and agony I had to plead with them to pull my tooth. When it was all done and said my bill was over $800. $800 to pull one tooth. Never again

My mom went there. Before she even saw a dentist they applied for a "line of credit" for her. She never asked them to do that. They fixed her cracked tooth and that didn't even last a week. They fixed it again but told her if it broke again they'd charge her for it. It cost $2500.00 to fix a tooth. All on the charge card she never authorized them to open. An interest rate of 27% if not paid within a year. And, she had to go to another dentist to have the tooth fixed properly because it never held. Crooks!

I went to Aspen with a cracked front tooth and ask the dentist if he could replace the tooth with a crown and he said he could not help me so i went to Ivan Salmons DDS in Indian Hills and he gladly made me a new crown and it looks great !. I have been going to Aspen for years and it was the first time i have been told they couldn't help me so i went to some one who could my new dentist Ivan Salmons. So no i would not recommend Aspen to anyone sorry .

Aspen Dental is the biggest ripoff of a company I have ever dealt with. I was having horrible tooth pain last Monday and Tuesday and could not get in to my regular dentist (Koelling Dental in Kingsley, Iowa) until Thursday. Out of pure desperation to ease my pain, I made an appointment with Aspen Dental in Sioux City Iowa for Tuesday. When I arrived, the "dentist" took a quick look into my mouth and made no notion to address the tooth I was having pain in. Rather, the "dentist" told me he could not do anything for me that da... read more

My husband went there. At first They said. 10,000$. I said we on SS can't do that. Then said We won't do as much. Be 6,000.00. No no finally just had the 2 bad teeth pulled next day teeth added to almost new partials. Hubby said dentist did good job pulling teeth. But 555$ for 2 teeth not best price.

I went to aspen dental in January for a teeth cleaning. While doing the test on my gums the hygienist pressed so hard that my gums were bleeding and it was painful. They said I had to have a deep cleaning with antibiotics and would not give me the regular cleaning. I had no problems with my gums before this so I was skeptical. I went to a different dentist and had the same exam. This time it did not hurt at all and I was told my gums were in excellent condition. I will never go back to Aspen Dental.
