Had one tooth extracted Thursday instead of the two I paid for; had an issue and pretty bad pain Friday - called twice to speak with the doctor or come in so they could check it out - no one called me back - I went to LA Dental today and if fact had a fry socket - yet aspen couldn’t bother to call me back even after I paid in advance for work to be done $450 and only got half done. Dr Stacy is one of the worst. Doesn't listen to patience nor has any compassion. This place costed 4560! Now her mouth is destroyed! The amount if pain the company is ok leaving patients in is inhumane!

When your whole business model is trying to upsell products and services that’s a problem. I had an emergency and had to go for an extraction and then went back for a cleaning and never again. Each visit I was waiting 30 minutes plus.

My first visit went great, the second visit they did my deep clean(also great), third visit they did my extractions(absolutely horrible). The “dentist” pulled my three remaining wisdom teeth. She proceeded to write me a prescription for Tylenol & ibuprofen. Issue is she wrote the prescription wrong so my pharmacist couldn’t legally fill it. I called the office 4 times my husband called 3 times, couldn’t get anyone on the phone. The following day the “dentist” called my pharmacist & was extremely rude. no I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. my mother went and got a set of false teeth and one FELL OUT !!!!!! No go to a better place then this. wow.

Customers beware! I would do a negative number but that's not allowed. First I went to aspen dental in slidell for a toothache, at the end of my first visit I was told that I needed over 14 thousand dollars worth of work on my mouth. I told them that was too much ey and then they got the number to about $12,400 and also told not to worry because they were going to do a payment plan, (a care credit card account).
