Good place and friendly people
My two visits here at Aspen were great, the staff is very friendly and the doctor and hygienist explained everything they were doing before, during and after. This made me fill more comfortable and relaxed with the treatment.
Thank you to the whole kind and friendly staff at Aspen Dental in Slidell for giving me the best experience I could ask for! Also thank you Doctor Collin Miller for exceeding my expectations as a nervous patient walking into a dental office! I didn’t feel worried or scared for one second! The doctor educates you about all your dental health and is very thorough with his knowledge! Never a disappointment coming here! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank YOU Aspen!
Their website says they take walk-ins for dental repairs but what it doesn't say is that you have to be a patient of theirs prior. They refused to repair my mother's denture without her coming in for a consultation even after letting them know that she is in assisted living and it is very difficult for her to travel. How will seeing her in person make a repair possible that isn't possible without seeing her? I wish I could rate zero stars.

Tried calling today 1031 to schedule an appointment to have a crown done and the receptionist said she couldn’t find my information she put me on hold for 10 minutes when a lady by the name of Candace came on the phone she was very rude told me a different price than what I was quoted and then hung up on me. One of the worst businesses I've ever had the displeasure of using. Maybe the run of the mill dental work is better but can say with certainty you'd be better off going literally anywhere for dentures. The level of incompetence makes me wonder if anyone there has any experience with dentures. Do not waste your money or time you will regret it!!
I have spent the last 2 months calling Aspen Dental of Slidell, LA once a week to inquire regarding whether or not my husband's office visit has been processed through his dental insurance (we have already paid cash for his visit in April).
