Extremely unprofessional medical care! We are established patients not new. Scheduled my families appointments over 6 months ago for 9/21/22, was told via email today 9/19/22 that they needed to reschedule our appointments. When I called I was offered appointments for late November 2022. This puts myself and my daughter at 2 months over our Scheduled routine care and exam. they told me my consultation was free-- I explained that I just wanted my dentures checked for proper fitting. Dentist never looked at my dentures in my mouth and I received a bill for 95.00.
It has been 2 months since I had my tooth fixed. had a root canal and had to go back 3 times for a crown. The first time it was the wrong size, the nurse or helper dentist shoved it on so hard it caused bleeding and pain. the dentist removed it and put back on my temp crown. Finally got home with bleeding gums and pain. My temp crown fell off and they had to put it back on. so I went there again had it fixed and left. They will overcharge you. Count on it. Ripped us off 12 years ago, just tried to do the same to my friend. Got a second opinion for work she needed done...Aspen had quoted her at triple the rate it should have been. Got a second opinion, and found out she didn’t even need half of what they said she did.
Under staffed. Over one month wait for routine cleaning; over two for fillings.
I was a patient for over 10 years, and recently the service has been absolutely terrible, condescending receptionists, lack of availability of appointments. And oh , they failed to mention to me that my primary dentist for over 10 yesrs was no longer with the practice. The response to my frustration... "Oh well" I will be looking into other options
