The whole staff was so pleasant and cheerful. They are a very respectful staff that care about their patients needs. Even though I don't like the needles that numbed my mouth, the dental assistant made me more relaxed. The Dentist did an awesome job, and I would go back to him without hesitation. I went in today for a consultation and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It makes an older person like me feel comfortable. They helped me figure out what I needed and I will be going back for treatment.

Had my first appointment on yesterday, and can I say I had an awesome experience!! The office manager is amazing, and the staff were awesome. I told the doctor my mouth was JACKED UP he laughed, and doing the exam he said you’re mouth is not as bad as you saying!! Thanks for being kind, and making me feel comfortable!!

Brazil at the Southern Pines office was the most amazing and kind hearted person , she helped me in so many ways! And they got me in even after 5 to extract my awful broken tooth. They’re great! Did I mention how wonderful Brazil is!!

I went to the Southern Pines Office. I take the very last appointment with anyone new because that’s how I measure your customer service. My appointment was at 5pm.From the time I stepped in the door all the way to scheduling my procedure I had A1 service! The Dental Assistant was so kind and the Dentist explained every single procedure and the steps we were going to take. It’s the end of the day so I know everyone is tired but they really showed out with their customer service!! I’m blown away!! I moved here from California... read more
