RecommendedFrom the first time that i walked into Aspen Dental of the Pines it felt as if i was already family while walking through the door. The patient service reps were amazing and the dental assistant was like a knew best friend . i was nervous the first visit. They let you know everything before leaving what in all they will have to do and the total cost of everything to do to get your mouth back to a healthy state. Have appointment on sat @ 2 pm ,,with Dr Parks ,next appointment @ fayetteville nc on monday , have had nothing but trouble out of the southwern pines office,,even am trying to contact the owner in reference to this,, have 11 teeth to extract been waiting 10 years, Unless southern pines office cancells my appointment i will be there saturday@ 2 pm,,,, FYI doctors suggest and recommend on what patients should do ,,,they -don't tell me what to do
The worst dental location I have ever been too. The front ladies and my dental hygienist were amazing. I cannot comment positively on the rest of the staff. I started my process for Invisalign, every time I got scanned, someone was extremely rough with me and hurt my gums even after I told them that I was sensitive as they pressed very firmly on the scanner, and also had to rescan my mouth multiple times. If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible experience with the exception of the dentist hygienist, who were always nice. Office Manager/finance, very rude!! Don’t waste your time leaving a message because no one will call you back.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Not even enough room to explain all the issues I've had here. The only thing that was fine was the cleaning. Everything else was a disaster from x rays to prescriptions needed to billing. No one knows what they’re doing, no one communicates, they’re so busy and have so many patients at one time they don’t even have rooms available…just skip it.
I have been going here for awhile. Original staff and dentist was Great!!! New staff, office manager gone and regular dentist does not even speak to you!!! Fortunately, today I had older dentist and my visit was awesome. I guess it depends who is on staff for the day…

Dentist was rude and dismissive. He did not listen to my concerns. When I asked him what to do about the pain and stated it was sore to the touch, he advised me to not touch! So I used my one free visit and xrays with my insurance and have no idea what is causing the jaw pain that is extending through out face!
