the front desk staff and x-ray tech were very friendly and helpful. the dentist needs to work on his bedside (chair side?) manor. He poked around in my mouth for about 30 seconds, said things to the tech that i didn't understand, not being a tech myself...and then said "any questions?" ugh, yeah, i am here because my jaw hurts..."well, its probably those impacted wisdom teeth"...then he said more things to the tech (not me..) and just left. A. Dr. Hamati, the alleged owner of this facility is apparently a front in order for Aspen Dental to operate in multiple states without complying with state law. B. I wasn't educated about all charges and was threatened with collections by an employee in this facility when I balked at the charges. C. I was called back by the manager of this location and lectured about my behavior with ZERO feedback on the employee. I will never return and will work daily to put Aspen Dental on blast every chance I get.
Worst dental experience ever. Took 2 hrs for X-rays and didn't get the dental cleaning that I had made the appointment for. I was told that I would have to schedule a second visit.
Worst experience of my life. Took 3k of my money and still haven't scheduled the surgery 5 months later. Glad I was able to give them a 3 thousand dollar loan. Buyer beware!
We sat for an hour waiting to see an oral surgeon, which is what I made the appointment for. Saw a dentist, finally, not the surgeon. He said we needed to see the orthodontist first. Someone could have said that when I called to make the appt. the oral surgeon only comes there every couple of months!!! Then, we wait another 30 min to see a care specialist who wants me to pay for half the surgery before we see ortho, just in case. WTF? Then she says our insurance might pay more, but they will reimburse us if that is the case.... read more
Buyer beware! As caregiver for my brother, the office visit was a disaster. After being there for an hour, I was called back and was advised that my brother needed "gum therapy" for $325. They had not done any service during the hour and basically told me that I had to pay for the gum therapy in order to get a routine cleaning and polish done and the cleaning would require a second visit. They changed my quoted price twice before anything was done, and when I got my bill the price was changed again. Their solution to it was "we can charge you less for the rest of the dental work you need, or give you the quoted price." Don't believe the price guarantee!
