Woke up from sedation while getting my wisdom teeth out. Fine it doesnt happen often but it happens. Its how they handled it that upsets me. Holding me down pinning my hands and whipping my face while im hysterically crying so you can finish working in my mouth.... not ideal. This isnt the 1700’s you shouldnt have to be HELD DOWN while you can feel what work theyre doing to you. I got to Aspen Dental at 3:30 and I just left and it’s 5: 30. Not sure why it took them 2 HOURS to tell me that they can’t do anything for me and that they’re referring me to a Oral Surgeon. I could hear someone’s conversation for 30 minutes and the radio is very loud. All they do there is talk talk talk talk talk and they’re rude at the front desk. My new patient experience was horrible. I have worked in the health care industry for almost 20yrs now and know exactly how great patient experience should be, and mine was by far great/good. My appointment was for 9:45am, they ask you to arrive 15mins early. Which I arrived at 9:32am with all of my paperwork filled out in advanced/hand. My husband has waited since MARCH for his permanent partials. He makes trip after trip - 45 miles EACH WAY - and nothing gets accomplished! We paid several thousand dollars UP FRONT!! Again today, he got to his appointment and was told - "oh sorry! we don't have your teeth. They didn't like them and sent them back!" but did not call so he wouldn't make a 45 minute trip and leave work early! We have spent a few hundred dollars in gas and it is the same story over and over. It may be time for legal process if this is not taken... read more
