Great staff and they were extremely helpful. Office was clean and nice as well. Very inviting.

STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL!! DO YOUR RESEARCH. GO TO A REAL DENTAL OFFICE THAT GIVES CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOU, THE MANAGER, IN SPRINGFIELD IS RUDE AND REALLY DOESN'T WANT TO HELP WHEN A TOOTH FALLS OUT OF DENTURES THEY MADE IN THEIR OWN LAB. VERY POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP ON MY MOM'S DENTURES. WHEN A TOOTH FELL OUT OF HER DENTURE, THEY OFFERED NO HELP IN PUTTING THE TOOTH BACK IN, WHICH WOULD HAVE TAKEN VERY LITTLE TIME IN THEIR LAB. Classic bait and switch. They had everything "pre approved" by my insurance then billed me thousands later. Its basically the puppy mill of dentistry.
Do not go here! Horrible service and never get a callback for anything!
Went in to get my teeth pulled and fitted for dentures, the Dentist in my opinion was somewhat rude, he wanted to try and save my 8 teeth and give me partials, mind you I have diabetes which ruined my teeth in the first place, he then said, " you know that dish you use to soak your teeth in, well that will be where your bottom dentures will stay because they wont stay in your mouth" really I told him so you give me partials then 8 mos to a year I will be right back in there to get them all pulled anyway and a full bottom set... read more
well they need more dentist they charge way to much for there service there more interested in making money un stead of what you want done,
