Don't go here. I went due to they financed and my pitiful insurance paid a little. To make a long story short. They did nothing right. I just went to a new dentist and will have to pay over $11000 to correct everything. Aspen won't back their word because this office is privately owned. Dr. Modie won't honor Aspen's suggestion of no charge due to it being bad work. Aspen's policy of covering the dentures are for 90 days only. I went for a tooth extraction. It was a simple tooth extraction and no surgery was needed for which I was charged. I was charged for 'Extract W/Bone Rem/Sectn, code 7210. But ALL Dr Modi did was give me three shots to numb the pain and he then wiggled my tooth about 4 times and it came right out. It was a simple extraction which should have cost $ 55.00 according to my plan. I was charged $ 170 and when I wrote to Dr Modi for an adjustment, he never responded. Went 3 weeks ago for an emergency tooth extraction. They then said I had periodontal disease and I said they could also treat that along with pulling the tooth. They told me the price, I signed, and that was it. Went for checkup 2 weeks later and was given an electric toothbrush (for the pd disease) which they said I paid for the last time I was in. I called and asked if they did denture repair and was told, "yes". When I got there they took xrays! When I asked why, I was told everyone gets them. I was put in a room and a (dentist?) looked at my gums. When I ask why, he said "for gum health." oK. Then he said he couldn't repair my dentures and sent me to a desk where a girl tried to sell me a $400 pair that looked horrible! The set I have was over $3600 to replace. Got to love it.... Went to Aspen Dental in Springfield because when I looked online their dentist was in Delta dentle PPO providers list, got my EOB today and the one dentist they sent into me is non participating physician. Called my insurance and they said too bad we aren't reprocessing the claim. Call the dentist office starting at 5:20 and it says they are open till 6:00 yet no one answers. They need to fix this ! Terrible. Cut open my gum to remove some roots, couldn't get them so just sewed it shut. Then worked and dug for prob 45 min to 1 hr to extract a wisdom tooth. Couldn't get it. Had to find an oral surgeon to fix what they jacked up. The oral surgeon couldn't believe how bad my gums looked when I got there. This was Thursday, I'm still in extreme pain today. Stay away from here
One of my lower molars had broken off past the gum,needless to say I was in a kinda pain that I have never felt in my life. They had taken several x-rays to reveal that all I had left was the roots of the molar left, exposed . I would definitely not recommend you! Also I've been trying to call and reschedule and appointment for my mom and can't get anyone to answer and can't leave a message??? Sharon Ewing has an appointment this morning that she needs to reschedule for tomorrow or next week and she hasn't been able to let you know.
Went for a cleaning..appointment was for 12pm..waited 2 hours..Wow!!
