I went from rating this place from 5 stars, to now 1. I am supposed to get my crown in this Thursday, and I had SPECIFICALLY said that the appointment needs to be at 5:00, as I have work. Well now I’m getting a confirmation text and email saying that my appointment is at 3, not 5.. I called this morning to address this, and spoke to the scheduler, who was completely useless and rude.
