After spending over 12k on extractions, and dentures, they want to charge me for adjustments that need to be done as my gums have shrunk. Hmm, that should be part of what I paid for. Not happy!!!

I had a filling crack and fall out, so I went to get that fixed. NOW, I've spent almost $600 (AFTER INSURANCE and NOT in my budget - DUH, there's a PANDEMIC, who's got that kind of cash for teeth cleaning right now?) for work on my teeth that I didn't want done yet (I'm getting better insurance soon, from work) and I STILL have a frigging hole in my tooth! I liked my hygienist though, she was nice, though, she promised me a fancy toothbrush (that I paid for) and still don't have...

Absolutely horrible experience going with my boyfriend! We were there for 2 hours most of which was waiting. They tried to up sell you at every opportunity and after being there for over 2 hours they didn’t even give him his tooth cleaning that is covered by his insurance. The worst part however was the fact we were flat out lied to 3 times during our visit. Lie number 1) when we checked in we were told our copay would be $30 at the end. (We later found out it is $0) lie number 2) we are told they do a routine gum cancer scr... read more

They were the only one out of three I visited that took me in to be seen on day one for an emergency extraction, actually, needed two. Unfortunately, they didn't actually do the extraction, the dentist that saw me, said I needed hygiene packing of the teeth first, before she would extract either of the teeth. Push came to shove, got the total at the counter, almost 7k due to my dental care only paying 1k of it, and I was like, no way, I can't afford that. The lady tried to help me find a way to get some of it done, even t... read more

Maybe change the headline on web searches that says accepts ALL insurance... clearly you do not. And don't tell people that the X-rays and exam will be free over the phone and then charge 185.00

Change the whole experience, my experience was completely awe full. I called aspen Dental and explained I had a broken tooth and is very painful I was then told I would be booked in as an emergency appt. when I showed up to my appointment the staff was very nice and got me back quickly. My first complaint was when one of the 6 assistants took xrays, it was very painful and the asst was having me bite down on the broken tooth...very painful!! My second complaint was having to explain my problem of my tooth to 6 different assi... read more

If you want to be overcharged and overdiagnosed then schedule an appt. If you have experienced this first hand then please report it to the Oregon Dental Board. There are plenty of dentists in our area that are ethical and treat patients in a caring and compassinate way.
