Always feared going to the dentist's office, they made me feel so comfortable when I walked in the door. The dentist was very professional and very quick. His assistant Megan was absolutely amazing. I will be coming back her again

The staff is wonderful very sociable Dr Sonn was the first dentist that understood that I wanted and agreed with what I needed to do. I will highly recommend them if you need a new dentist

I actually had a FABULOUS experience once I got into the building for my appointment, but getting in was a struggle. I was told many times to be there 15 min before my appointment time and I was. I had a 9am appointment and arrived to a very closed store at 8:45am. Not only was the place not open, but there were no store hours posted, the was a lock box on the front door and no lights were on at all. this would negative stars if I could. they treated me like a car dealer ship told me I'd get pre approved for c a re credit and go over treatment. no they signed me up right then. I called to get everything canceled and refunded and now dealing with playing in circles with this office to get a manager to call or speak to me regarding my money not okay at all. never would I refer them to anyone this is why I like family owned business.
Aspen dental drilled out my teeth and caused so much damage that I had to sue them. stay away from this place
I have had nothing but problems with this place!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to my worse enemy!!! Someone screwed up and didn’t book my appointment. Instead of apologizing I get well if you made an appointment there would be a log, you would have gotten an email....blah blah. What great customer service he was basically saying I was wrong. Do not go to the Lemay Ferry Road office! My dealing with this place 9 broken out of 14 removed, useless pain meds unable to contact Dr's under emergency situation, next day dr forgot to put the dosage on pain meds so on a sat could not get fiilled until Mon! I was promised a pain free dental experience! This was the most Painful dentistry I've ever had performed on me, i should have known from the 2 days i'd been there for appointments i heard people screaming from other rooms SMH!!!
