I would not recommend this location...bad service implants didn't fit I complained about them before I lefted the office told me to wear them...I didn't know that I had 6 months to come back...other there will be charge to correct them...teeth whitening didn't work over all I'm not happy.

Provide necessary services instead of expensive maintenance programs for a condition that wasn't the reason for the visit. I wasted my afternoon without pay to have a tooth ache fixed and it still hurt when I left. Seems like a practice that's just milking patient's insurance programs.
Aspen Dental lied to me to get me in the office. All I wanted was a crown put back on. I had a whole suite of X-rays, a dentist who wanted to sell me a whole other crown, and then they told me they couldn't fit me in to get my crown replaced. I will NEVER go to an Aspen Dental office again, and I strongly recommend that you all don't go there either.
Until my billing issue is resolved and my questions answered, I would not recommend this place! Way more hassle than it should be. Aspen seems to lack quality patient care and is only focused on their bottom line. On my second visit, I was seen by a “fill in doctor” from out of state...this wasn’t an issue to me until I got the bill... the “fill in doctor” is not in network with my insurance. Hours are not for the convenience for patients as the commercial stated. Closes at 1:00 on Friday and only open one Saturday a month. Wanted $10,000 to replace uppers.

I was told repeatedly that my visit was FREE, and yet I'm still getting bills. I have called multiple time for this to be fixed and each time they tell me it's fixed. Either I'm being lied to or someone is not doing their job. If my credit gets dinged because of this issue we will have some serious problems.
I do not recommend for anyone who struggles with autism or anxiety. Before going to the appointment, I explained over the phone that I struggle with anxiety and will need them to explain what they are doing as they do it. The lady who did the X-rays was really good with that. But, when it came to the check up, they did that thing that pokes the gums and it hurt, so I yelped out in pain a few times.
