Have been coming here for 2yrs after not seeing a dentist for almost 10yrs. The wonderful staff helped get my teeth back in great condition. Always happy to answer any questions and you get the same person everytime. This way they truly know you and how make your smile better. LOVE THEM!
Office Manager Shaun Fitzgerald was arrogant and incompetent. I scheduled 3 appointments and 2 of those appointments were scheduled wrong and I could not be seen. Absolutely the worst quality product and services imaginable. I certainly look for a class action suit in the future. No one should have partial plate under warranty break in under three years and unable to be repaired. The entire plate is complete garbage.
Had an app yesterday for cleaning and x-rays like the lady told me they where going to do and all i got was x-rays and a referral to get they work i need done to go somewhere else. I think it is time for me to find a new dentist
We wanted cleanings and they would not do them, just x-rays and exams. Then had to schedule a cleaning and they tried to push add ons that were not free. When we scheduled the visit they never said anything about NOT doing the cleanings that day! I now have to make another trip down there for the cleaning but after that I will not be returning. Only going because my insurance was used on the first visit and would have to wait another 6 months for a cleaning.
Don't tell someone a time for an appointment... I've been waiting for over an hour...
False advertising saying they do "free x-rays" Thats only if you don't have insurance? If you have insurance then they'll bill full amount. So you get punished for working and having insurance. Glad I left after they told me their treatment plan that was going to cost me thousands out of pocket. Went to private practice that don't have "quotas" and saved major money. They told me the paln from Aspen was extreme and not needed. Their billing sent me last warning bill and I never got a bill before. Keep in mind my appointmen... read more
