The office manager was helpful, but when I went to the dentist chair I had a long wait. As I said there two student techs came into the room to get something in the cupboards. Did not knock on the door, introduce themselves or even say hi. I worked in the health field so I know what is supposed to be done. The doctor was nice, I have to say that.Ā
My son was treated at this location. The dental insurance has not been billed and I Keep getting bills for the full amount. I have reached out to the office and all but 2 phone calls have gone to VM stating I needed to call back during business hours. I spoke to customer service and they tell me my complaint has been handed to the patient satisfaction department, who also never contacted me. This location has been a joke since it's inception. Twice now they've told me an appointment time, and I've shown up to it 20 minutes before, only to sit there for over an hour while people who come in after you get treated. Then they'll tell you the appt was at a later time. Fool me once, sure, but this is the second time I've wasted an afternoon here. I broke a tooth of my top denture front tooth, I needed it fixed that day I got an appointment in the afternoon . husband broke his tooth off, made appointment, took 4 days all they did were x-rays and talk, huge waste, someone did call, I called back she's out to lunch, I never got a call, nothing, got another dentist immediately, hubby's tooth fixed. poor poor communications.Ā
I went in for my free xrays and exam and found out i needed alot of work done. I ended up getting a tooth pulled. Let me tell you. The dentist who pulled my tooth was very rude. He busted my lip (when my tooth shattered) and it made me tear up REAL bad. Almost 1 1/2 hour wait with my 91 year old mother. Was told on first visit, she would have 4 visits. The denture should be ready in 2 weeks or less. NOW they can't get her in for the third visit for three weeks. The girls that work there are very nice. The dentists lack chairside manner!! Not very friendly with an elderly patient. It's just ok.Ā
