I had my wisdom teeth extracted at the Aspen Dental in Akron 2 months ago. The oral surgeon there, who did my extraction moved away without informing me. I never got to have a follow up with him. I'm having post-operative complications and there is another oral surgeon in Streetsboro who could help, but because I would technically be a new patient to him, they would have to charge me $137 as a professional console fee, whereas if my original surgeon wouldn't have moved, it would be free to see him as a re-evaluation. This Aspen dental is a brand-new building in Streetsboro. The building is beautiful and it's kept well maintenance and clean. The problem at this location is staff and scheduling. I made an appointment for my 98 year old mother. It takes us about 35 minutes to get there. They never called to tell us the technician called off. So we made another appointment for the next day at 8 am.
