I had my wisdom teeth extracted at the Aspen Dental in Akron 2 months ago. The oral surgeon there, who did my extraction moved away without informing me. I never got to have a follow up with him. I'm having post-operative complications and there is another oral surgeon in Streetsboro who could help, but because I would technically be a new patient to him, they would have to charge me $137 as a professional console fee, whereas if my original surgeon wouldn't have moved, it would be free to see him as a re-evaluation. listen to their patients!! I told them the exact problem I was having with my tooth. I told them when I come in, I want it taken out. I told her a root canal was recommended on the tooth last year but it wasn't problematic. they refused to take it out and refused to prescribe me atleast I I ibuprofen. I had been using it already and not even taking the edge off. now have to wait atleast 2 days for them to do the job I asked to begin with. I haven't been able to sleep or eat but they could care less.
